Turnaround Time
My normal guarantee is to ship your commission within 2 weeks of you placing an order. Due to Father's Day (21st June), I have shortened that currently. So, any order placed up until Monday 8th June, will be sent out by the 18th June. After that it will go back to a 2 week lead time.
Do you send a confirmation email once the artwork has been sent?
Yes, I always send an email to confirm the artwork is on its way to you.
Once shipped, how long will it take to arrive?
UK: 1-2 days
Europe: 4-5 days
Rest of the World: This varies but normally 6-10 days.
Do you send tracking details?
All international orders are sent with tracking details which will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation

What is the 'Title Section’ and 'Author Section' referred to when ordering my personalised book?
In the middle part of the book which you will personalise there are 2 sections: The Title section at the top in large font and the Author section at the bottom in a smaller font.
Why do you recommend 5 or less words in each section of the personalisation?
Having created many of these, up to five words looks the most aesthetically pleasing.
However - if you wish to have more words that is absolutely possible.
What are the frame dimensions?
28cm x 21cm
